At Ayura, we operate our consultations by appointment. This ensures one of our experts is available to sit down with you, and really get to know what you’re after. It also means we can prepare a selection of diamonds and designs just for you, your budget and your preferences. Please book ahead – and note that weekday evenings and Saturdays tend to book up a week or two in advance.

We’ve designed our stores to be an oasis of calm on the bustling streets because we understand that choosing an engagement ring or creating a bespoke piece of jewellery can feel overwhelming. Rest assured, it’s a simpler process than you might expect, coordinated by our trained gemologists and design consultants, able to ease you through every step.

So we’re well prepared for your consultation, our Customer Care team will connect with you prior to coming into the store to learn about your initial ideas, diamond shape preferences and a rough budget.

This helps our consultants to source the best diamonds and prepare the ideal sample designs just for you.

Here’s a little run down of what you can expect when you visit Ayura:

1.Meet a Customer Care agent. Have a look at our curated designs in-store. More often than not, our clients love what’s in store. But if you wish to have a design customised, Together, you’ll go over your initial ideas and we’ll piece together a better understanding of you as a couple, and your ideas.

2.View sample designs and discuss personalisation. We have a number of sample designs and will tailor a selection for your tastes. Feel free to browse rings on display or to bring your own design ideas along.

3.View a selection of diamonds or gemstones. Our gemologists will source a selection of potential centre stones that offer optimal beauty and value for money. You may find the stone right away, or we can look at a wider selection.

4.Thinking time. You may be ready to place your order at your first consultation. Alternatively, you might want a further consultation or some time to mull it all over. We’re happy for you to take your time and your consultant will keep in touch, and on hand to answer any further queries.

5.Finalise the details. Bespoke designs may require CAD, which you can approve or amend. Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll start the production of your ring. Crafted, set and finessed by our goldsmiths in 1-2 weeks.


We encourage bookings by appointment as it ensures we are well-prepared for your appointment and will tailor your consultation to you. Booking an appointment also avoids disappointment and ensures we’ll have a design consultant free to see you and guide you through the process.

We can accept same-day bookings depending on availability, but advise you to book at least a few days ahead of your desired appointment time. Please note that weekday evening and Saturday appointments tend to be booked up one or two weeks in advance.

Our Customer Care team will get back to you shortly after your booking request to confirm your booking. Please be aware our Customer Care team are available weekdays from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.

At Ayura, we guarantee the authenticity of all our diamonds. Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity which confirms the diamond’s cut, clarity, colour, and carat weight.


Yes – every stone we sell and work with at Ayura is sourced responsibly from reputable, trusted suppliers who share our values for transparency.

We also refuse to work with gemstones from conflict areas.


Creations purchased online or through our Client Relations Centers can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

For boutique return inquiries, please contact your nearby boutique.

To qualify for any exchange or refund, the following conditions need to be met:

• It must be returned in a new and unworn state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original packaging, including all accessories and documents, and accompanied by the appropriate sales slip.

• The creation does not have any personal engravings and has not been altered from its original condition (resized, modified)

• It is not a custom order or special order.


A selection of creations may be engraved.Please note, engraved pieces are not eligible for refund or exchange.


To ensure a perfect fit, Ayura offers size adjustment services. This service is available for most of the creations, depending on their technical and aesthetic specifications. We kindly advise you to contact the closest boutique for more information.


Ayura has always maintained the highest standards in design, materials and craftsmanship, creating jewellery that has been passed down from generation to generation. With some simple, basic care, you can help preserve and protect your jewellery for years to come.

Over time, fine jewellery can become a treasured family heirloom if it is cared for properly. Dust, pollution and daily wear all conspire to cloud the brilliance of gemstones. The surface of gold, platinum and silver jewellery can become dulled. Timeworn prongs and clasps can result in the loss of a stone or an entire piece of jewellery.

Professional cleanings are recommended as often as once a year. We encourage you to bring your Ayura jewellery back to us for professional servicing. Our staff is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of jewellery care, including cleaning gemstones, restringing pearls and repairing clasps and earring backs.


Ayura Sterling Silver Jewelry

Ayura only uses sterling silver, one of the most beautiful and lustrous of all metals. Sterling silver is a precious metal and may require cleaning from time to time. With proper care, your silver will retain its beauty and character for many generations to come.


The First Rule of Silver Care

Sterling silver tarnishes, especially when exposed to salt air and products containing sulfur, such as rubber bands and some papers. However, silver that is regularly used typically needs less care, so Ayura strongly encourages you to wear your silver every day.


Storing Silver

Once cleaned and polished, silver must be kept dry and properly stored. Our Ayura jewellery box will protect it from abrasion and offer a degree of tarnish prevention.

Silver polishing services are available for sterling silver jewellery, flatware and hollowware items manufactured by Ayura. If you wish to have your silver polished, please contact your nearest Ayura store or call Client Care at +94772333999


Gold and Platinum Jewelry

Between professional servicing, most gold and platinum jewellery can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner. Examine your jewellery regularly to make sure settings are snug and clasps and joinings are secure.

Avoid exposing gold jewellery to household bleach, which will quickly cause gold to discolour and possibly disintegrate.

Jewellery storage is important as well. At the time of purchase, all Ayura jewellery is wrapped in a protective box, case or tarnish-resistant pouch. Between wearings, we recommend that you place it back in its original case or another suitably lined box or pouch.


Gemstone Jewelry

Certain basic precautions should be taken with all of your jewellery. However, some gemstones, as outlined in this section, require special care.

Take care to protect your jewellery from impact against hard surfaces and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces. Even a diamond can chip if hit with enough force or at just the right angle. Many stones such as amethyst, emerald, opal, pearl, peridot, tanzanite and tourmaline are very delicate and easily abraded. Enamel can also chip or scratch when struck. Gemstones can scratch other gemstones and wear away at precious metals. Therefore, avoid stacking those rings and bracelets that would be vulnerable to such abrasion. Extreme temperatures, perfumes, cosmetics, ultrasonic cleaning and household chemicals can also damage jewellery.

To clean diamonds, use a mild solution of six parts water to one part ammonia and apply with a soft bristle brush.

If worn often, pearls should be cleaned and restrung professionally once a year. Between cleanings, wipe pearls gently with a damp cloth.
